Data responsibility
All data is stored in your browser's localStorage. xSoft Ltd cannot access, recover, or be held responsible for data loss due to browser clearing, device failure, or user action. We recommend exporting important notes regularly.
Acceptable use
xNotePadAI is intended for general text editing. Do not rely on it as the sole storage for sensitive information (passwords, financial data) as localStorage is not encrypted and is accessible to any script on the same origin.
Intellectual property
The xNotePadAI software, design, and brand are the property of xSoft Ltd. Your notes and content remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over user-generated content.
Limitation of liability
xSoft Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of this tool. Use at your own discretion.
